सिलिंग भूमि पर कब्जा लेकर प्रशासन ने जमीन ग्राम सभा को सौंपी

बड़ोवाला में लगभग 70 बिघा भूमि ग्राम सभा को सौंपी गई

 

डोईवाला। ग्राम सभा बड़ोवाला में दशकों से चला रहे भूमि विवाद का फिलहाल अंत हो गया है।

कोर्ट के आदेशों के बाद डोईवाला प्रशासन ने डोईवाला तहसील क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत ग्राम सभा बड़ोवाला में लगभग 70 बिघा भूमि पर अपना कब्जा ले लिया है। प्रशासन ने भूमि पर कब्जा लेने के बाद जमीन ग्राम सभा के हैंड ओवर कर दी है। बड़ोवाला में सिलिंग का मामला दशकों से कोर्ट में चल रहा था। जिसमें अब कमिश्नर कोर्ट से आदेश के बाद जमीन पर प्रशासन ने कब्जा ले लिया है।

पिछले तीन-चार दिनों से डोईवाला प्रशासन द्वारा सिलिंग भूमि पर कब्जा लेने की कार्रवाई की जा रही थी। सोमवार को प्रशासन ने पूरी जमीन से कब्जा लेकर जमीन ग्राम सभा को सौंप दी है। ग्राम प्रधान जयप्रकाश जोशी ने कहा कि प्रशासन ने लगभग 70 बिघा भूमि पर कब्जा लेकर जमीन ग्राम सभा को सौंप दी है। जिस पर पंचायत घर, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र बारातघर आदि का निर्माण करवाया जा सकता है। इस भूमि को जनहित से जुड़े कार्यो के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा।

इन्होंने कहा

प्रशासन ने सिलिंग भूमि पर कब्जा लेकर जमीन ग्राम सभा को सौंप दी है। इस जमीन का जनहित में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकेगा। शूरवीर सिंह सजवाण, तहसीलदार डोईवाला।
