एसडीएम कॉलेज डोईवाला में हुआ प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन

Doiwala. शहीद दुर्गा मल्ल राजकीय स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय डोईवाला में आज राष्ट्रीय बालिका दिवस मनाया गया।

वनस्पति विज्ञान विभाग में राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना इकाई द्वारा बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ पर एक चार्ट प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम पुरस्कार लक्ष्मी सिल्सवाल ने प्राप्त किया।

द्वितीय और तृतीय पुरस्कार सोनाली टम्टा व अर्चित गौतम को मिला। इस अवसर पर छात्रों को संबोधित करते हुए एनएसएस प्रभारी डॉ एसके कुडियाल ने कहा कि भारत सरकार द्वारा राष्ट्रीय बालिका दिवस को राष्ट्रीय बालिका विकास मिशन के रूप में शुरू किया गया है।

यह मिशन पूरे देश में लोगों में बालिकाओं की तरक्की के महत्व के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाता है। यह माता पिता एवं अन्य समुदाय के सदस्यों में सक्रिय समर्थन के माध्यम से निर्णय लेने की प्रक्रिया में लड़कियों के सार्थक योगदान को बढ़ाता है।

इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय के रामेश्वर प्रसाद, आतिफ कुरैशी, जितेंद्, अर्चित गौतम, लक्ष्मी सिलस्वाल, सोनाली टम्टा, मुकुल, ज्योति, सुरेखा राणा, रोहन, अमित, नवनीत, नवीन, पंकज, रक्षिता, सागर, नीरज और गौरव उपस्थित रहे।
