डोईवाला में बनेंगे श्रमिक कार्ड तो नहीं जाना पड़ेगा दून या ऋषिकेश
डोईवाला। कांग्रेस का आरोप है कि डोईवाला में श्रमिक कार्ड नहीं बनने के कारण लोगों को श्रमिक कार्ड बनवाने के लिए देहरादून या ऋषिकेश की दौड़ लगानी पड़ रही है।
इससे डोईवाला के लोगों को भारी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। वहीं डोईवाला में श्रमिक कार्ड नहीं बनने के कारण कुछ एजेंट भी सक्रिय हो गए हैं। ये एजेंट श्रमिक कार्ड बनवाने की एवज में लोगों से एक से दो हजार रूपए तक वसूल रहे हैं। जिससे गरीबों को और अधिक परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
राजीव गांधी पंचायत राज संगठन द्वारा श्रमिक कार्ड बनाने की सुविधा के संबंध में उपजिलाधिकारी कार्यालय के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री को ज्ञापन सौंपा गया। संगठन के प्रदेश संयोजक मोहित उनियाल ने कहा कि डोईवाला क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों को श्रमिक कार्ड बनाने को देहरादून, नेहरूग्राम श्रमिक सुविधा केंद्र या ऋषिकेश जाना पड़ता है।
डोईवाला से अधिक दूरी होने के कारण कई श्रमिक देहरादून या ऋषिकेश नहीं जा पाते हैं। देहरादून या ऋषिकेश में एक दिन में मुश्किल से 50 कार्ड ही बन पाते हैं। जिससे कई श्रमिको को खाली हाथ वापस लौटना पड़ता है। कई लोगों द्वारा श्रमिक कार्ड बनाने के लिए श्रमिकों से एक हज़ार से दो हज़ार रुपये लिए जा रहे हैं।
उनकी मांग है कि श्रमिक सुविधा केंद्र डोईवाला तहसील में खोला जाए। जिससे भ्रष्टाचार पर भी अंकुश लगेगा। युवा कांग्रेस प्रदेश सचिव गौरव मल्होत्रा ने कहा कि डोईवाला क्षेत्र की जनता को इस योजना का पूर्ण फायदा नही मिल रहा है। इसलिए जल्द ही इस समस्या का समाधान होना चाहिए।
