डोईवाला विस क्षेत्र में पुलिस की दूसरी बड़ी कार्रवाई
डोईवाला। कोतवाली पुलिस ने लॉकडाउन और सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग नियमों का पालन नहीं करने पर डोईवाला अंग्रेजी शराब के मालिक और सेल्समैन पर मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है।
रविवार को कोतवाली डोईवाला पुलिस को सूचना प्राप्त हुई कि अंग्रेजी शराब के ठेके पर ठेके में नियुक्त मालिक और सेल्समैन द्वारा सोशल डिस्टेंस का पालन नहीं किया जा रहा है। और ठेके पर अनावश्यक भीड़ इकट्ठी की गई है। जिससे की कोरोना वायरस फैलने का खतरा उत्पन्न हो सकता है।
सूचना पाकर कार्रवाई करते हुए मौके पर पुलिस भेजी गई तो पुलिस ने पाया कि ठेके में नियुक्त सेल्समेन और मालिक द्वारा कोरोना वायरस से बचाव को किसी भी प्रकार का सैनिटाइजेशन व सोशल डिस्टेंस के नियमों का पालन नहीं किया जा रहा था।
ठेका संचालक को पूर्व में भी लॉकडाउन अवधि के दौरान शासन व जिला मजिस्ट्रेट के आदेश निर्देशों का अनुपालन कराए जाने हेतु नोटिस दिया गया था। सोशल डिस्टेंस का पालन न होने पर संक्रमण फैलने के खतरे को देखते हुए ठेके पर नियुक्त मालिक और सेल्समैन पर धारा-188 आपीसी 51 (बी), राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम-2005 के अंतर्गत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया है।
दुकान मालिक का नाम चरणजीत पुत्र राजू और सेल्समैन अविनाश जायसवाल पुत्र चंद्रमोहन जायसवाल बताया गया है। उल्लेखनीय है कि रानीपोखरी अंग्रेजी शराब ठेका संचालकों के खिलाफ भी रानीपोखरी पुलिस कार्रवाई कर चुकी है।
